No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Parks and Wildlife Code related to a waiver of certain state park fees for fifth grade students. Based on analysis of the Parks and Wildlife Department, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
