No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code relating to the definition of first responders for immunization purposes to include Texas military forces.

The Department of State Health Services indicates costs related to updating consent forms for the Texas immunization registry (ImmTrac2), print materials and website information for the First Responder Immunization Information and Education Program, can be absorbed within existing resources.
