IN RE:
HB1691 by Rosenthal (Relating to compensation for election personnel for a primary election.), As Introduced
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
Based on analysis by the Secretary of State and the Comptroller of Public Accounts, the bill could result in increased primary election reimbursement costs. Analysis by the Secretary of State indicates that savings from additional joint primary elections would partially offset this cost. It is assumed that any remaining costs associated with primary election reimbursements could be absorbed using existing resources.
Local Government Impact
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
