No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code as it relates to certain information posted in a correctional facility. It is assumed that the provision of the bill would not have a significant fiscal impact. The bill would take effect September 1, 2019.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
