No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code as it relates to the release of certain offenders on parole or mandatory supervision. This analysis assumes that any costs associated with the bill would not have a significant fiscal impact and could be absorbed within existing resources. The bill would take effect September 1, 2019.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
