No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to the creation of a statewide alert system for missing adults and to conduct a study of the alert system could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

According to the Texas Association of Counties and the Texas Municipal League, no significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
