No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Parks and Wildlife Code related to funds collected from the sale of marl, sand, gravel, shell, and mudshell by the Parks and Wildlife Department. Based on analysis of the Parks and Wildlife Department, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished with existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
