No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Parks and Wildlife Code related to funds collected from the sale of marl, sand, gravel, shell, and mudshell by the Parks and Wildlife Department. The bill would also amend the Parks and Wildlife Code  related to taking sand, gravel, marl, shell, and mudshell from the San Jacinto River and its tributaries by the San Jacinto River Authority and the Harris County Flood Control District.
