HB1869 by Klick (Relating to the composition of the Governor's EMS and Trauma Advisory Council.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code relating to the composition of the EMS and Trauma Advisory Council.
 
The bill would take effect immediately upon receiving a two-thirds majority vote in each house. Otherwise, the bill would take effect September 1, 2019.
 
It is assumed that any activities relating to the provisions of the bill can be implemented within existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
