HB1874 by Davis, Sarah (Relating to a regenerative medicine registry established by the Texas Regenerative Medicine Coordinating Board.), Committee Report 1st House, As Amended

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Education Code to require the Department of State Health Services to provide administrative support and services to the Texas Regenerative Medicine Coordinating Board as necessary for the board to establish and operate the regenerative medicine registry.
 
The bill would take effect September 1, 2019.
 
This analysis assumes the provisions of the bill can be implemented using existing resources.
