No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code to exempt applicants for housing tax credits for developments financed through the private activity bond program from filing a required notice in certain counties.

Local Government Impact

According to the Texas Association of Counties, the bill would not have a fiscal impact to counties.
