IN RE:	HB1889 by Israel (Relating to reporting concerning certain prisoners who are confined in county jails for misdemeanor offenses.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code as it relates to reporting requirements for certain offenders in county jails. According to the Texas Commission on Jail Standards, any additional work resulting from the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within the agency's existing recourses.
