No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
This bill would amend the Insurance Code relating to access to certain psychological associates under certain health benefit plans. Based on the analysis of the Texas Department of Insurance and Texas Board of Examiners of Psychologists, it is assumed that the duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
