No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code as it relates to the importation of certain types of alcoholic beverages by the holder of a brewer's permit or manufacturer's license. It is assumed that the provisions of the bill could be absorbed using existing resources. The bill would take effect September 1, 2019.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
