No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code and the Transportation Code to clarify certain authorizations for counties to enforce traffic regulations in certain special districts.

Local Government Impact

According to the Texas Association of Counties, the bill would not have a significant fiscal impact on counties.
