No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to searches, seizures and raids by Special Weapons and Tactics teams could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

The Texas Association of Counties anticipates a fiscal impact on counties. However, the extent of that impact cannot be determined at this time.
