No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code as it relates to the sale of certain types of alcoholic beverages by the holder of a wine and beer retailer's permit or mixed beverage permit. It is assumed that the provisions of the bill could be absorbed using existing resources. The bill would take effect September 1, 2019.
