No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to automatic enrollment of certain women in the Healthy Texas Women program could be absorbed using existing resources. The bill would take effect September 1, 2019.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
