IN RE:
HB2039 by Shine (Relating to the issuance of specialty license plates to Master Army Aviators.), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would require the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to create and issue specialty license plates for persons awarded the Master Army Aviator Badge and Disabled Veteran specialty license plates that feature the emblem from the Master Army Aviator specialty plate.
Based on the analysis provided by DMV, it is assumed any costs or duties associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within the agency's existing resources.
Local Government Impact
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
