HB2057 by Zerwas (Relating to supportive palliative care in the provision of home and community support services.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code to define supportive palliative care and exclude supportive palliative care from the definition of hospice services. It is assumed that the provisions of the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
