No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure to authorize the use of asset forfeiture funds to cover the costs of a contract with a municipal or county program to provide services to domestic victims of trafficking.

According to the Office of Court Administration, no significant impact to the state court system is anticipated.

According to the Office of Court Administration, no significant impact to local courts is anticipated.

According to the Texas Association of Counties, the bill is not anticipated to have a significant fiscal impact to counties.
