No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Natural Resources Code related to the licensure and registration of persons engaged in certain activities pertaining to compressed natural gas or liquefied natural gas containers and systems. The bill would take effect September 1, 2019.

Based on analysis of the Railroad Commission, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
