No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code to expand the definition of common nuisance to include solicitation of persons at licensed or permitted premises. The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission anticipates that the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact. The bill would take effect September 1, 2019.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
