IN RE:	HB2206 by Howard (Relating to alternative education loans and qualified student loan bonds.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend various sections of the Education Code and Government Code relating to alternative education loans and qualified student loans. Based on the analysis provided by the Bond Review Board and the Higher Education Coordinating Board, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
