No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The Texas Medical Board, Texas Board of Nursing, Board of Pharmacy, Health and Human Services Commission, and Department of State Health Services indicate that the provisions of the bill relating to the prescribing and ordering of Schedule II controlled substances by certain advanced practice registered nurses and physician assistants could be absorbed using existing resources.
