No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code as it relates to the delivery of alcoholic beverages by certain permit holders. The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commissions anticipates that the provisions of the bill could be absorbed using existing resources. The bill would take effect September 1, 2019.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
