No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Property Code to extend an existing prohibition against the enforcement or adoption by property owner's associations of regulations relating to certain religious displays to include all dedicatory instruments. The bill would expand the scope of authority for property owner's associations to regulate these displays in certain instances.
