No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Chapter 2054 of the Government Code to authorize the provision of electronic messaging services and outsourced managed services through the statewide technology centers. It is assumed that the provisions of the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
