IN RE:
HB2393 by Burrows (Relating to permitting a hunter education component as part of a school district's physical education curriculum offered to certain students.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to a hunter education component as part of a school district's physical education curriculum could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

Districts that choose to offer the hunter education course may incur costs for teachers to become certified to teach hunter education, become appropriately trained, and develop or purchase instructional materials to teach the course. These costs are not expected to be significant.
