No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would require the Public Safety Commission (PSC) to exchange a particular parcel of real property in Orange County, and would require the General Land Office (GLO) to negotiate and close a real estate transaction on behalf of PSC. Based on information provided by GLO and the Department of Public Safety, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the bill could be accomplished using existing sources.
