No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Local Government Code to modify a list of persons qualified to appeal to a municipal board of adjustment and modify certain rules related to these boards.

According to the Texas Municipal League, no significant fiscal impact to cities is anticipated.
