No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Human Resources Code to add certain judges of county courts at law to the juvenile board of the counties they serve in.

According to the Office of Court Administration (OCA), no significant impact to the state court system is anticipated.

Local Government Impact

According to OCA, no significant fiscal impact to local courts is anticipated.

According to the Texas Association of Counties, the bill would have no significant impact on Grimes County.
