No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Analysis by the Secretary of State indicates that the provisions of the bill requiring the receipt and posting of certain election data to the agency's website would result in one-time and ongoing technology costs. However, it is assumed that these costs could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
