No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to guidelines for policies of school districts and open-enrollment charter schools for the care of certain students at risk for anaphylaxis could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

The bill requires school districts and open-enrollment charter schools to provide their students and parents/guardians of students with a copy of guidelines summary of caring for and treating children at-risk for anaphylaxis.
