The bill would amend the Government Code as it relates to the issuance of a summons for certain persons charged with a violation of a condition of release on parole or to mandatory supervision. This analysis assumes that any costs associated with the bill would not have a significant fiscal impact. The bill would take effect September 1, 2019.
