HB2565 by Dominguez (Relating to the administration, powers, and duties of self-liquidating navigation districts.), As Engrossed

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Water Code to modify the administration, powers, and duties of  self-liquidating navigation districts.  The bill would also repeal a requirement that these districts provide the Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) a detailed engineer's report of certain contracted work.

According to TCEQ, no fiscal impact to the agency is anticipated.

According to TCEQ, no fiscal impact to units of local government is anticipated.
