HB2566 by Dominguez (Relating to the authority of certain counties to regulate litter and mosquito control.), As Engrossed

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Local Government Code to authorize certain counties to regulate litter and certain property that creates a nuisance or habitat conductive to mosquito breeding.  This authorization would apply to unincorporated areas of the county.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
