No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code and the Education Code as it relates to alcoholic beverages at certain performing arts facilities. The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission anticipates that the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact. The bill would take effect September 1, 2019.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
