IN RE:
HB2739 by Meyer (Relating to the reporting of private school educator misconduct.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This analysis assumes that the provisions of the bill relating to the reporting of private school educator misconduct could be absorbed by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) and the Office of Court Administration using existing resources, and that no modification would be needed to the IT systems at TEA to meet the bill's reporting requirements.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
