No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The agency estimates there would be a cost associated with implementing the provisions of the bill. However, it is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to reviewing and updating the content of the Healthy Texas Women program provider list could be absorbed using existing resources. The bill would be effective September 1, 2019.
