IN RE:
HB2742 by Neave (Relating to an audit of health care providers in the Healthy Texas Women program.), As Introduced
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The agency estimates there would be a cost associated with implementing the provisions of the bill. However, it is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to an audit of health care providers in the Healthy Texas Women program could be absorbed using existing resources. The bill would take effect immediately upon receiving a two-thirds majority vote in each house. Otherwise, the bill would take effect September 1, 2019.
Local Government Impact
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
