No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Chapter 2269 of the Government Code, regarding job order contracting.

The bill would amend the types of projects in which job order contracting is authorized. The bill would allow certain entities to utilize job order contracting.

According to the Facilities Commission, Military Department, Historical Commission, and Parks and Wildlife Department, no significant fiscal impact to the State is anticipated.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
