IN RE:	HB2782 by Wray (relating to decedents ’ estates, transfer on death deeds, and matters involving probate courts.), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Estates Code regarding the administration of the estate of a deceased person. Based on the analysis of the Office of Court Administration, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished using existing resources.
 
The bill would take effect September 1, 2019.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
