No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend Chapter 42 of the Human Resources Code to require child-care facilities and family homes to provide data on employee turnover during the license renewal process. According to the Health and Human Services Commission, there would be minimal costs for system and database modifications. It is assumed that the provisions of the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.
