No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code to repeal Section 101.32, prima facie evidence of intent to sell. The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission anticipates that the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact. The bill would take effect September 1, 2019.
