No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code as it relates to false statements made in certain documents provided to the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC). TABC reports the costs to implement the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within existing resources. The bill would take effect September 1, 2019.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
