No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would repeal the Alcoholic Beverage Code as it relates to certain presumptions regarding the wholesale or retail sale of alcoholic beverages. The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission anticipates that the provisions of the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact. The bill would take effect September 1, 2019.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
