No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Parks and Wildlife Code related to permit application requirements for taking sand, gravel, marl, shell, and mudshell. Based on analysis of the Parks and Wildlife Department, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
