HB2900 by Fierro (Relating to the authority of a commodity producers board or a committee to hold meetings by telephone conference.), As Introduced

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Agriculture Code to authorize certain meetings of commodity producers that are subject to notice requirements to be held by telephone conference call.  The bill also specifies that audio of these meetings shall be recorded and made available to the public.

According to the Department of Agriculture, no fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
