No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Natural Resources Code to authorize the General Land Office (GLO) to use cash, gifts, grants, donations, or in-kind contributions received through the administration of the Save Texas History program for various purposes related to GLO's records. Based on the analysis of GLO, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished using existing resources.
